Brittany's Slow Cooker Sweet Pork

My friend, Brittany, made this for a large group of friends. It was such a hit as the flavors are absolutely fantastic. When I made it for our family, we had it as sandwiches, but it goes great as a salad too (with some leafy greens). Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 cup mild salsa
-1 cup packed brown sugar
-2 Tbs liquid smoke
-3 lb pork, boneless
Directions:
Coat slow cooker with cooking spray. On the bottom, mix half the salsa and brown sugar. Add the pork and top with remaining salsa, sugar, and the liquid smoke.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred the pork, then let it sit in the liquid for 15 minutes. Serve on sandwiches or salads. YUM! Enjoy!
