Instant Pot Chunky Cheesy-Ranch Potato Soup

This is so easy and so, so delicious! The flavors are fantastic and everything is cooked to perfection in the Instant Pot. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
-1 onion, finely chopped
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-2 cups chicken broth
-1 (1 oz) packet dry ranch dressing mix
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-2 cups heavy cream
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-8 oz cream cheese
For topping:
-shredded cheddar cheese
-real bacon bits
-chopped chives
Directions:
In your Instant Pot, place the potatoes, onion, garlic, broth, ranch, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir. Cover and set the lid with the valve in the sealed position. Set to manual HIGH pressure for 10 minutes. Do a natural release.
Once done, add the heavy cream, shredded cheddar, and cream cheese. Using a potato masher, blend the soup together.
Ladle that goodness into bowls and top with more cheese, bacon, and chives. YUM! Enjoy!
