Instant Pot Picadillo

I love picadillo and this version is super quick and easy. The flavors are fantastic together. So delicious. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 lbs lean ground beef
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 onion, finely chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
-1 red bell pepper, chopped
-4 oz (1/2 cup) tomato sauce with basil, garlic, and oregano
-1 tsp ground cumin
-1 bay leaf
-1/2 cup small manzanilla green olive
-5 Tbs brine from the olives
Directions:
Set your IP on saute. Add the beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, breaking the meat as it browns.
Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Give it a good stir and cook for one minute. Turn off the IP.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix very well. Cover and set the lid with the valve in the sealed position. Cook on manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
Do a quick release. Serve immediately on top of cooked rice. YUM! Enjoy!
