Chicken Bites in Creamy Dijon Sauce

This is quick, easy, and so delicious! We like ours with orzo, but pretty much any starch (rice, pasta, mashies) would do as a side. So good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-2 Tbs butter
-2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized chunks
-2 tsp salt
-2 tsp pepper
-3 garlic cloves, minced
-1/2 cup white cooking wine
-1 cup heavy cream
-1/4 cup sour cream
-2 Tbs Dijon mustard
-1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Heat oil and butter in large skillet. Once butter is melted, add the chicken chunks. Season with the salt and pepper. Give it a good stir. Cook until beautiful and golden brown. Remove chicken onto a plate.
Return skillet to stove. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients. Give it a really good stir. Bring to a simmer. Return the chicken and any juices to the skillet. Mix very well.
Serve on top of cooked orzo. Garnish with some extra pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
