Chicken and Pasta in Spinach-Walnut Sauce

I love spinach! It's one of my favorite veggies and I like to have it as often as I can. This is a great way to enjoy some delicious spinach, coupled with tasty walnuts. The sauce is the key to this dish. While it does not look very appetizing, I can assure you that it is VERY tasty. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-16 oz spaghetti, broken in half and cooked according to package direction
-2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-2 tsp salt
-2 tsp pepper
For the sauce:
-10 oz baby spinach
-1/2 cup walnuts
-6 cloves garlic
-1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
-1 Tbs lemon juice
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in large skillet. Once hot, add the chicken chunks, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
While the chicken and the pasta are cooking, add all ingredients to a food processor (you might need to add the spinach in batches). Process until smooth.
In a large pot, combine the cooked and drained spaghetti, chicken with all the juices, and spinach-walnut sauce. Give it a really good stir. Serve and enjoy!
