Cheesy Chicken and Corn Soup

This is absolutely perfect!  It's hearty, cheesy and oh, so delicious. Perfect combo of flavors with every spoonful.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 Tbs butter
-2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-3 garlic cloves, minced
-1 cup water
-2 chicken bouillon cubes
-1/2 tsp ground cumin
-2 cups heavy cream
-8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
-1 (15 oz) can cream style corn
-1 (4 oz) can chopped roasted green chilies, NOT drained
-1 tsp Louisiana style hot sauce
-2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan.  Add the chicken and cook until golden brown. Add the garlic.  Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add the water, bouillons, and cumin.  Give it a good stir and bring to a boil.  Lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the cream, cheese, corn, chilies, and hot pepper sauce.  Mix very well.  Cook for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and flavors had time to mix.
Stir in the tomatoes.  Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
