Brussels Sprouts with White Cheddar Cheese

I love Brussels Sprouts and this is my new way of enjoying them.  There's no need to smother them in bacon.  Just a simple cream and cheese mixture and you get the perfect side dish. This is very, very tasty! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb Brussels Sprouts, stems and outer leaves removed
-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-1.5 tsp salt
-1.5 tsp pepper
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-4 oz white cheddar cheese, grated
-1/2 cup Italian style Panko bread crumbs
-3 Tbs butter, cut into pieces
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Coat an 8x8 baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray.  Set aside.
Bring a pot of water to boil.  Add the sprouts and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and chop coarsely.
Place chopped sprouts into prepared dish. Sprinkle with the red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.  Give it a good stir, then spread out evenly in the pan.
Add the cream.  Sprinkle with the cheese and bread crumbs. Dot with the butter pieces.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until top with golden brown. Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.
YUM! Enjoy!
