-4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
-3/4 cup Dijon mustard
-1/2 cup pure maple syrup
-2 Tbs red wine vinegar
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
Coat your slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer the chicken on the bottom. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Enjoy!
