Hash Brown Crusted Quiche Casserole

 What a treat this is! The flavors are outstanding in this simple quiche. So easy and so delicious. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For crust:
-4 Tbs (1/2 stick) salted butter, melted
-16 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
-1 Tbs Dijon mustard
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
For quiche:
-6 large eggs, beaten
-1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
-6 green onions, cleaned and chopped
-1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
-1/2 cup half and half cream
-a couple of dashes hot sauce
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F. Coat the sides and bottom of 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Mix all crust ingredients. Press into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and lower the temperature to 350F.
Mix very well all quiche ingredients. Pour over baked crust.
Bake in 350 F oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it rest for 15 minutes. Enjoy! So, so good!
