Raspberry Yogurt Bread

This is easy, "healthier", and super delicious! Such a wonderful combination of flavors! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1/3 cup sugar
-1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
-1 large egg
-1 (6 oz) container raspberry yogurt (we prefer Yoplait)
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-6 oz fresh raspberries
-1 3/4 cup flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat the bottom and sides of 5x10 loaf pan with baking spray (the one with flour and butter in it). Set aside.
Cream the sugar, oil, and egg. Once well mixed, add the yogurt, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add the fresh raspberries. Stir in the flour. Once all is nice and smooth, pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove loaf from pan and cool completely on wire rack. YUM! Enjoy!
