Instant Pot Chicken Ranch Pasta

This is quick and easy, perfect for a busy night. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-3 cups chicken broth
-2 cups milk (at least 2%)
-1 (1 oz) package original ranch dressing dry mix
-1 lb pasta (rigatoni, rotini, penne, etc)
-8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-1/4 cup real bacon bits
Directions:
Coat the bottom of your IP with cooking spray. Add your chicken chunks and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Add the broth, milk, and ranch mix. Give it a good stir. Add the pasta and stir again.
Secure the lid on top with the valve in the sealed position. Cook on manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
Do a quick release. Remove the top and stir in remaining ingredients.
Once well mixed and all the cheese melted, let it sit for 5-10 minutes or until the sauce is nice and thickened. Enjoy!
