Lexie's Lemon Cream Pie

Lexie made this delicious pie for us a few days ago when we had some friends over for dinner. It's easy and absolutely delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For crust:
-1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
-1 1/4 cups (abut 2 sleeves) graham crackers, crushed
For filling:
-8 oz mascarpone cheese
-1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
-3/4 cup heavy cream
-1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Melt the butter, then mix it with the crackers crumbs. Press it really well on the bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Once done, refrigerate until filling is ready.
In your electric mixer's bowl, cream the mascarpone. Once nice and smooth, add the milk and cream. Beat until smooth.  Stir in the lemon juice and mix until creamy.
Pour over chilled crust.
Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Slice and enjoy!
