Oven Roasted Asian Beef and Broccoli
This is one of my favorite dishes because it's quick (about 30 minutes) and absolutely delicious! The meat is tender and the broccoli is full of flavor. So yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
-1 lb beef, cut into chunks
-1/2 cup Asian ginger-sesame dressing
-1 Tbs packed brown sugar
-1 Tbs soy sauce
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
-cooked rice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
Place broccoli and beef in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the dressing, sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and pepper flakes. Once well combined, pour over beef and broccoli. Give it a good stir to make sure everything is evenly coated.
Pour that goodness into prepared pan and spread in single layer.
Roast in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until beef is done to your likeness.
Serve on top of cooked rice and sprinkle with some toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
