Instant Pot Cheesy Beef and Pasta

This is quick, easy and super delicious.  A family favorite for sure!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 lbs ground beef
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 cup water
-1 (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
-1 cup elbow macaroni
-1 cup sour cream
-2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Set your IP on saute.  Add the beef and season with the salt and garlic powder.  Cook until nice and brown, breaking up the big chunks.
Once browned, turn off the IP. Add the water and soup on top of the beef.  Give it a good stir.  Add the pasta.
Place the lid on top, with the valve in the sealed position. Set to HIGH manual pressure for 3 minutes.  Once done, wait a couple of minutes, then do a quick release.
Remove the lid and set the IP again on saute.  Stir in the sour cream and cheese. Give it a good stir and cook for a couple of minutes or until everything is nicely combined.
Turn IP off and let the goodness sit for a couple of minutes. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!  YUM!
