Instant Pot Honey-Orange Chicken Drums

I love orange flavored food, so when I had a couple of oranges left, I knew exactly what to do with them.  These drumsticks came out super tender and very flavorful.  I served them with homemade mashies and they paired up perfectly.  YUM!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-butter flavored cooking spray
-10 chicken drumsticks
-1 Tbs seasoned salt
-1/2 Tbs pepper
-1/2 Tbs garlic powder
-1 tsp ground ginger
-juice from 2 oranges (about 1/2 cup)
-1/4 cup honey
Directions:
Generously spray the bottom of the IP with the butter flavored cooking spray. Turn the IP on saute.
While that's heating up, quickly score each drumstick (cut a long slit on each side of the drum for better, even cooking).
In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic and ginger.  Mix well and season both sides of the drumsticks.  Sear drums in prepared IP.
Once done, turn the IP off.
Whisk the orange juice and honey together. Pour over seared drums. Set the IP on manual HIGH pressure for 8 minutes. Do a natural release.
Once done, turn the IP off, then on saute.  Let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes.  It will get nice and thick.  Turn pot off and immediately place the drums and sauce onto serving platter (don't let it sit in the IP or it will harden up). Serve and enjoy!
