Lexie's Quick Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Our sweet Lexie made these delicious cookies for our family night. They are quick, easy and delicious! Enjoy!
-1 (15.25 oz) box super moist strawberry cake mix
-2 large eggs
-1/3 cup vegetable oil
-1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil. Once well incorporated, stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop onto prepared sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and place sheets on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from baking sheets onto wire racks and cool completely. Enjoy!
Recipe yields about 2 dozen cookies.
