Southern Brownie Pie

What's even better than brownies?  A brownie pie!  This is pure decadence here.  So chocolaty and delicious!  LOVED this one.  Of course, it has to be served warm with some ice cream on top.  Vanilla or chocolate go very well, or try it my way with some delicious fat free orange sherbet.  Yum!  The best part is that it doesn't need to be refrigerated, but it has to be eaten within 48 hours (if you can last that long!).  Enjoy!
 Ingredients:
-1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
-1/4 cup margarine
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-3 eggs
-3 Tbs flour
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup chopped pecans, optional
-1 (9 inch) frozen pie shell
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.  Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place frozen shell on prepared sheet.
In a medium sauce pan, combine the milk, margarine and cocoa powder.  Stir on low heat until everything is melted and well blended.  Remove from heat.
Beat eggs in a small bowl.  Scoop a Tbs of chocolate mixture into the eggs and stir well.  This will prevent the eggs from curdling.
Add egg mixture to the chocolate.  Stir in the flour, vanilla and  pecans (if using).  Mix well and pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.  Enjoy!
