Easy Salmon Salad
This is a nice, refreshing, filling salad. The salmon blends wonderfully with all the other flavors. You can serve it as a sandwich, with some nice veggies along, or simply enjoy it as is. So delicious! Enjoy!
-1 (15 oz) can wild salmon
-2 hard boiled eggs
-3 Tbs mayonnaise
-1 Tbs dry dill
-1 lemon, zested and juiced
-2 tsp honey-Dijon mustard
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Drain the can of salmon. Remove the bones and flake the salmon with the fork.
Peel and chop the eggs. Add them to the salmon, along with remaining ingredients. Mix very well. Serve and enjoy! Yum!
