Lexie's Alfredo-Chicken Lasagna Rolls

Have I mentioned that I love it when my children take over the kitchen and create delicious meals for our family? They're getting really good and we all enjoy a good meal. Lexie made these for us and they are so tasty. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-12 lasagna noodles
-1 (16 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
For chicken filling:
-2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cooked and shredded
-16 oz Ricotta cheese
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/4 tsp dried oregano
Directions:
Cook the lasagna noodles al dente, drain, then lay flat on a surface.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat the bottom of 9x13 baking pan with 1/4 cup of the Alfredo sauce. Set aside.
Quickly mix the chicken filling ingredients. Divide mixture evenly between the 12 lasagna noodles, placing it at one end. Top each filling with 1-2 Tbs of the Alfredo sauce.
Carefully, roll each noodle with the filling to create a roll. Place each roll with the seam down in prepared pan.
Pour remaining sauce evenly on top of the rolls. Sprinkle with all the cheese. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes
Remove foil and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
