Corn and Steak Salad

This salad is so tasty! The flavors are wonderful together and everything is easy to put together. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For Dressing:
-3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-2 Tbs red wine vinegar
-2 tsp dried oregano
-1 tsp honey
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
For Salad:
-1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
-1.5 lbs flat iron steak
-1 cucumber, peeled, halved and sliced
-2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
-1/2 small red onion, halved and sliced
-1 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
-1/2 cup roasted red peppers, roughly chopped
-6 oz crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
Drain the corn really well. Coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat up. Once heated, add the corn and saute until golden brown. Set aside.
Quickly whisk together the dressing ingredients. Set aside 2 Tbs.
Brush the steak with the reserved 2 Tbs of the dressing on both sides. Grill for 2-3 minutes per sides. Remove steak from grill, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing on top and mix very well. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
