Slow Cooker Chicken and Corn Chowder

This chowder is perfect for the colder weather.  It's easy to put together, hearty, and very delicious. So good!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 lbs chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-2 (10.75 oz each) cans condensed cream of potato soup
-12 oz frozen sweet corn
-4 cups water
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-2 cups heavy cream
Directions:
Place chicken, potato soup, corn, water, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in your slow cooker. Give it a stir, cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker, remove lid, and stir in the heavy cream. Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
