Strawberry Shortbread Bars (4 ingredients!)

This is such an easy recipe to put together and so, so delicious! The shortbread is buttery and flaky, and the sweetness level is simply perfect.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3/4 cup powdered sugar
-3 cups flour
-3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) salted butter, softened
-1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.  Coat bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with baking cooking spray (the one with flour and butter)  Set aside.
Place sugar and flour in your electric mixer bowl.  Using a paddle attachment, mix them together.  Add the butter and mix until nice and crumbly.
Take half of that buttery goodness and press it down evenly on the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
Do not turn off the oven!!
Once the crust has cooled for 5 minutes, pour the pie filling right on top, making sure it's evenly distributed.
Sprinkle the other half of the crust on top of the strawberry filling.
Pop back in the oven for another 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack.  Once cooled, cover and place in the fridge for at least one hour.
When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and cut into bars.  YUM!!  Enjoy!
