Instant Pot Bacon-Ranch Chicken
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
-1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
-1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
-1/2 cup water
-1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
-12 oz bacon, cut into chunks and cooked
Directions:
Place chicken and cream cheese on bottom of your IP. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top. Add the water.
Cover and set the valve in the sealed position. Set to manual high pressure for 15 minutes. Do a quick release.
Remove chicken from IP and shred quickly. Place back into pot. Give it a good stir. Add the cheese and bacon. Give it one last good stir.
Serve on top of rice. Enjoy!
