Instant Pot Smothered Chicken

This is a quick and delicious dish, packed with lots of flavor.  I served ours with extra wide egg noodles, but mashies or rice should go very well with it.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup flour
-1 Tbs seasoned salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp paprika
-1/2 tsp dry oregano leaves
-1/2 tsp dry thyme
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-4 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone-in
-1/2 stick (1/4 cup) salted butter
-1 Tbs dry parsley flakes
-1 cup cooking white wine OR 1 cup water mixed with 1 Tbs red wine vinegar
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-extra wide egg noodles, cooked
Directions:
In a large ziploc bag, mix the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme and garlic powder.  Add the chicken thighs, close the bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated.
Turn your instant pot on saute mode.  Add the butter and melt.  Once melted, add the chicken coated in the flour mixture.  Saute a couple of minutes on each side or until nice and golden brown.  Turn the pot off.
Add the parsley, wine and broth.  Place the lid on top and secure the valve in the sealed position. Press the poultry button.  Once done cooking, do a natural release.
Serve over cooked noodles.  Enjoy!
