Easy Egg Roll in a Bowl

This is a wonderful combo of flavors, which makes for an easy, quick and delicious dinner or lunch. So yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 lbs ground pork
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-16 oz coleslaw mix
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1 tsp ground ginger
-1 large egg
-2 tsp sriracha
-1 Tbs sesame oil
-4-5 green onions, cleaned and thinly sliced
Directions:
Brown the pork in a wok. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 more seconds. Add the slaw, soy sauce, and ginger. Give it a good stir and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Make a well in the middle of the mix and add the egg. Scramble until nice done, then give it all a good stir to mix it well. Add the sriracha and mix well. Drizzle the sesame oil and stir to combine. Finally, add the green onions, give it one last good stir and serve. YUM! Enjoy!
