Roasted Hawaiian Chicken and Veggies

 This is super easy and so delicious! The flavors are wonderful together. Serve it hot on top of cooked rice. So good! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
-1 orange bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
-1 small red onion, cut into chunks
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 cup Hawaiian style bbq sauce (we prefer Sweet Baby Ray's)
-1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
For topping:
-juice from 1 lime
-white and black sesame seeds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, bell peppers, onion, oil, salt, and bbq sauce.
Mix very well, then pour mixture in the prepared pan, spreading it in a single layer.
Roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the pineapple. Give it a quick stir and roast for 15 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with the lime juice.
Serve over rice and top with white and black sesame seeds. Yum! Enjoy!
