Buttery Pasta with Kielbasa and Cabbage

This is so easy and so yummy! It's one of our family's favorites. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-16 oz pasta (any small type works: rotini, bow tie, radiatore, etc)
-1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 lb Polska Kielbasa, halved lengthwise, then sliced
-salt and pepper, to taste
-1 lb tri-color slaw mix
-1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in large skillet or wok. Add the oil and garlic powder. Give it a good stir and cook for 30 seconds. Add the sausage. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until sausage is golden brown. Stir in the cabbage mix and cook for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked and drained pasta. Mix well and cook for another couple of minutes.
Remove from heat and top with the cheese. Give it one last good stir and serve immediately. YUM! Enjoy!
