Air Fryer Whole Chicken

 Oh, how wonderful this chicken is! It's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Perfect! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1 (3-4 lbs) whole chicken
-olive oil cooking spray
-seasoned salt
-garlic powder
-pepper
-parsley flakes
Directions:
Pat the chicken dry and remove all giblets. Using a sharp knife, cut the back bone, to spatchcock the chicken. 
Once ready, flip it on the back. Generously spray everywhere with the cooking spray, then season with the seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper, and parsley flakes. Flip with the skin side up and place on the frying rack. Spray generously with the cooking spray, then sprinkle with the seasonings.
Place in the air fryer, making sure that there's room both above and below the chicken, like this:
Fry at 350 F for 50-60 minutes or until the skin is nice and crisp and the juices run clear. Yum! Enjoy!
