Beef and Noodle Casserole with French Onion Topping

 Super easy, fairly quick, hearty and delicious! You'll love this yummy casserole. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-10 oz extra wide egg noodles
-2 lbs extra lean ground beef
-2 (10.75 oz each) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz) jar Lay's French Onion Dip
-1.5 cups French's fried onions
Directions:
Cook noddles according to package directions and drain.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat the bottom of 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the beef, then drain any fat. Lower the heat and add the soup and onion dip. mix very well.
Stir in the drained noodled. Once well mixed, turn off the stove.
Pour beef mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle the fried onions right on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
