Chicken Burritos with Avocado and Salsa Verde

I don't have enough words to properly describe how insanely delicious these burritos are! The flavor combination is out of this world! So, so yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-seasoned salt
-garlic powder
-pepper
-burrito sized flour tortillas
-salsa verde (we prefer La Victoria brand)
-Colby-Monterey Jack shredded cheese
-sliced avocado
-sour cream
Directions:
Coat a large skillet generously with cooking spray and heat up. Once hot, add the chicken chunks and season with some seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper. Stir well and cook until beautiful and golden brown.
Let's assemble a burrito: lay down the tortilla. Spread a generous amount of salsa verde on top. Add a few chicken chunks (for us it was no more than 4 so that you can fold the burrito without falling apart). Sprinkle some cheese on top of the chicken. Top with sliced avocado and sour cream. Fold the burrito real tight.
Place on panini press and cook for 2-3 minutes or until nice and crunchy. Cut that goodness in half and enjoy! YUM!
