Instant Pot Chicken and Creamy Noodles

This is another super easy and delicious dinner, all done in the Instant Pot. The flavors blend beautifully in this one. So good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 Tbs butter
-2 large chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into chunks
-2 cups chicken broth
-1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles (do not drain)
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp cumin
-1 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
-1 lb small pasta (shells, rotini, penne, etc)
-1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened and cut into chunks
-1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Turn your IP on saute. When hot, melt the butter. Add the chicken and brown quickly on all sides.
Turn off the IP. To the chicken add the broth, diced chiles, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, crushed flakes, and parsley. Give it a good stir. Add the pasta and mix well. Top with the cream cheese chunks.
Close the lid with the valve in the sealed position. Set to manual on HIGH for 10 minutes.
Do a quick release. Remove lid and stir. Add the heavy cream. Give it one last good stir. Let is sit for a couple of minutes.
