Pork Chops with Orange-Pecan Glaze

This is such a yummy dish. The glaze is a perfect companion to the pork, with its sweet, but slightly tangy taste. The chops go perfectly on top of mashies.  So good!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb pork chops, boneless
-1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
-1 garlic clove, minced
-1/2 cup orange marmalade
-1/4 cup chopped pecans
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Saute pork chops until cooked through. Alternatively, you can grill the chops.
While they're cooking, make the glaze by mixing all remaining ingredients in a small pan. Cook, over low heat, until marmalade is melted (about 2-3 minutes).
Once pork is cooked, spoon glaze right on top.  Enjoy!
