Instant Pot Minestrone Soup

Easy, hearty and delicious!  This soup is absolutely perfect for the cold weather.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-1 onion, finely chopped
-3 garlic cloves, minced
-4 cups chicken broth
-1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
-1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
-1 (15 oz) can cannelini beans, rinsed and drained
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp dried oregano leaves
-1 tsp dried basil
-1 cup elbow macaroni
-grated parmesan cheese, for topping
Directions:
Pour oil on bottom of IP.  Set pot on saute.  Once hot, add the onion and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until onion starts to soften.  Turn off the IP.
Add the broth, tomatoes, beans, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Give it a good stir.
Secure the lid on top with the valve in the sealed position.  Set to manual HIGH pressure for 4 minutes.
Do a quick release.  Immediately, stir in the pasta and cover back with the lid. Let it sit for 10 minutes or until the pasta is soft.
Ladle into bowls and top with some parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
