Instant Pot Meat Lovers Pizza Pasta

This is sooooo good!!!  It's a wonderful mixture of pasta, meats and lots of gooey cheese.  So yummy!  And so easy!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-butter flavored cooking spray (original works fine too)
-1 lb pork sage sausage
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 (24 oz) jar traditional pasta sauce
-3 1/2 cups water
-1 lb small pasta (we like radiatore, but any will do)
-6 oz pepperoni slices
-1/2 cup real bacon bits
-1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
-1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
-1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
Coat bottom of IP with cooking spray and turn it on saute.  Add the sausage and garlic.  Brown the sausage, breaking it as it cooks.
Once sausage is cooked through, turn off the IP.  Add the pasta sauce, water and pasta.  Give it a good stir.  Place the lid on top with the valve in the sealed position.  Set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes. Do a natural release.
Once done, open the lid and turn off the IP.  Immediately add half of the pepperoni, bacon, mozzarella and pepper jack.  Mix very well.
Top with all remaining cheese, including parmesan, bacon bits and pepperoni.  Place the lid on for 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt nicely.
Scoop onto plates and enjoy! YUM!
