Quick and Easy Edamame Salad

I grew up with a variety of quick salads made with the same "formula": a couple of veggies tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper.  Quick, easy, healthy and delicious. This simple salad follows the same formula.  I really like the combination of sweet and salty flavors in this one.  Simply delicious!  Enjoy!
-1 cup frozen edamame, shelled
-1 cup dried cranberries
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp ground pepper
-1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil.  Toss in the frozen edamame and cook for 5 minutes.  Drain, rinse in cold water, drain again.  
Pour into salad bowl.  Add the cranberries, oil, salt and pepper.  Give it a good stir.  Toss in the feta. Enjoy!
