Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli

This is a great meal for a very busy night.  The flavors are amazing together.  Serve over rice and enjoy!
-2 (10 3/4 oz each) cans cream of chicken soup
-2 (10 3/4 oz each) cans cheddar cheese soup
-2 cups chicken broth
-1 tsp Cajun seasoning
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp salt
-4-5 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
-1 cup sour cream
-1.5 lbs broccoli, cut into florets
-shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
-cooked rice
In your slow cooker, mix the soups, broth, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and salt.  Add the chicken and cover with the soupy mixture.  Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Towards the end of the 5 hours, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for only 3 minutes.  Drain.
Meanwhile, using 2 forks, shred the chicken breasts in large chunks. Stir in the sour cream and steamed broccoli.
Serve on top of cooked rice with some shredded cheddar on top.  Enjoy!
