Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Soup
This is so easy and so, so delicious! The flavors are wonderful together. Enjoy!
-2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into bite size chunks
-2 Tbs dehydrated onion
-2 medium carrots, peeled and shredded
-1 cup frozen corn
-2 cups chicken broth
-2 (10 3/4 oz each) cans cream of potato soup
-1 tsp dried dill
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 cup half and half
-1 cup frozen peas
Directions:
In your slow cooker add the chicken, onion, carrots, corn, broth, soup, dill, salt and pepper. Give it a good stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Add the half and half and peas. Stir and cook on LOW for another 30 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and serve with some hot bread. YUM! Enjoy!
