Slow Cooker Teriyaki Roasted Whole Chicken
Ingredients:
-1 (4-5 lbs) young chicken, cleaned
-2 cups teriyaki marinade
Directions:
Place whole chicken in large resealable bag. Add the marinade. Close the bag and shake so that the marinade spread evenly all over the chicken. Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning the bag once in every few hours.
Coat the slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the chicken breast down in the slow cooker. Discard the marinade. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Enjoy!
