Asian Sausage Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 lb bulk hot pork sausage
-5 cloves garlic, minced
-1 (1 lb) bag coleslaw mix
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/2 tsp ground ginger
-green onions, sliced, for garnish
-sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions:
In a wok, brown the sausage, breaking up the chunks as it cooks. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Stir in the coleslaw.
Add the soy sauce and ginger. Give it a good stir. Cook for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. So good! Enjoy!
