Seafood Bisque

So easy, simple, and delicious! This is perfect for a cold winter's night. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 Tbs butter
-1 bunch green onions, cleaned and chopped
-3 Tbs flour
-2.5 cups milk (at least 2%)
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 Tbs tomato paste
-1 cup heavy cream
-2 Tbs cooking sherry wine
-12 oz canned crab meat, drained
-12 oz small shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails removed
Directions:
In a large pot, melt the butter. Add the green onions and cook for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle the flour on top, mix and cook for 2 more minutes. Slowly, pour in the milk and stir until smooth.
Bring to a simmer, then add the salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Give it a good stir.  Add the heavy cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Add the wine, crab, and shrimp. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and enjoy! So good!
