Instant Pot Nacho Soup
This is quick and super easy. It's super tasty and hearty. We like ours with crushed corn chips and chives on top. You could easily add a little extra cheese, sour cream and green onions, or you could enjoy it as is. Super tasty! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb ground beef
-1 (1.25 oz) package taco seasoning
-1 1/2 cups milk
-1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed nacho cheese soup
-1 (15 oz) can petite diced tomatoes with zesty jalapenos
-2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Turn your IP on saute. Add the beef and break the chunks as it cooks. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning. Turn IP off.
Add the milk and soup to the beef mixture. Give it a really good stir. Add the tomatoes with jalapenos and the juice from the can. Give it another good stir. Close the lid with the valve in the sealed position. Press the soup button, high pressure, for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a natural release. This should take around 6 minutes. Remove the lid and stir in the cheese. Mix until melted.
Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
