Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef Roast

This is another super easy and delicious dish. I love cooking my roast in the slow cooker, especially on busy days. And my house smells amazing while this cooks. So yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
-2 Tbs packed brown sugar
-2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
-3 garlic cloves, pressed
-salt and pepper
-1 (3-4 lbs) beef roast (chuck is more tender)
-toasted buns, optional
-pickle slices, optional
Directions:
Coat the bottom and sides of your slow cooker insert with cooking spray. Add the broth, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Mix well.
Generously season both sides of the roast with salt and pepper. Place on top of the broth mixture, pouring a little on top of the roast.
Cover and cook, on low, for 8 hours.
Shred the beef and serve on toasted buns with pickle slices, or as desired. Enjoy!
