Creamy Turkey and Orzo Soup

This is a perfect way of using leftover turkey. This soup is creamy, hearty, and absolutely delicious! Such a delight in every bite. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 Tbs butter
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-1 small onion, finely chopped
-1 large carrot, peeled and finely shredded
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1/4 cup flour
-8 cups chicken broth
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1 cup orzo
-2.5 cups cooked turkey, torn in bite size pieces
-1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Heat the butter and oil in large pot. Add the onion and carrot. Give it a stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute. 
Sprinkle the flour on top and mix very well. Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. 
Pour in the chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Mix very well and make sure there are no clumps. 
Bring to a boil. Stir in the orzo. Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Finally, add the turkey and cream. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Ladle that goodness into bowls and enjoy. YUM!
