Slow Cooker Lasagna/Pasta

This is a fantastic dish, super quick and easy to put together, and very delicious. I used ziti for this, but any small pasta or even lasagna noodles work just as well. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-24 oz meat flavored pasta sauce
-2 cups uncooked pasta (ziti, rotini, shells, etc)
-1/4 cup water
-1 large egg, beaten
-15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
-1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
-1 tsp dried basil
-1/2-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings: extra basil, crushed red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Pour the pasta sauce on the bottom of your slow cooker. Top with the pasta, then pour the water right on top. 
In a small bowl, combine the egg, ricotta, Parmesan, basil, and crushed red pepper flakes. Once well mixed, spread it evenly on top of the pasta. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly on top.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours.
When serving, add additional toppings, if desired. Enjoy! YUM!
