Quick and Easy Bean and Shrimp Bake

This is major comfort food for me, as some of my favorite ingredients are mixed together. The flavors are fantastic. You can enjoy it by itself or with some fresh crusty artisan bread. Either way, it's wonderful. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
-1 onion, finely diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 cup white cooking wine
-1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil
-1 (15.5 oz) can cannellini or great northern beans, rinsed and drained
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-1/4 tsp sugar
-2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails removed
-4 oz feta cheese
-a good sprinkle of dried dill
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Heat the oil in oven proof dish over the stove (a wok works great for this dish). Once the oil is heated, add the onion and saute for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. 
Add the wine, tomatoes with their juice, beans, pepper flakes and sugar. Give it a good stir and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove wok from stove and stir in the shrimp. Crumble the feta right on top and sprinkle with the dill.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
