Salmon Pasta Salad
This is super easy to put together and so delicious! The freshness of the veggies is wonderful alongside the pasta and salmon. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb small pasta (rotini, small shells, ziti, etc)
-2 cups broccoli florets
-1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
-6 green onions, cleaned and finely chopped
-1 (14.5 oz) can wild salmon, drained, deboned, and flaked
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-1/2 cup ranch
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 7 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook for 4 more minutes.
Drain and rinse in cold water until completely cooled.
Pour into your pasta bowl. Add the tomatoes, onions, salmon and mayo. Give it a really good stir. Add the ranch, salt and pepper and mix until very well combined.
