Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

 This is so easy, delicious and such a comfort soup! It's seriously balm for the soul and filler of the tummy. Delish! The noodles tend to absorb the liquid, so you might need to add some extra broth, especially to leftovers. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-10 cups chicken broth
-2 chicken breasts, skinless boneless, cut into chunks
-1 lb wide egg noodles
-2 (10 3/4 oz each) cans cream of chicken soup
-1 cup sour cream
-dried or fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Mix the broth and chicken in soup pot. Bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cream of chicken soup and cook for a couple more minutes.
Remove pot from stove and add the sour cream.
Ladle into bowls and top with some parsley. YUM! Enjoy!
