Instant Pot Asian Beef

 Easy and so delicious, this is a wonderful dish. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-4 lbs beef chuck roast, trimmed of fat and cut into chunks
For sauce:
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/3 cup packed brown sugar
-1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
-1/4 cup beef broth
-2 Tbs sesame oil
-2 Tbs rice vinegar
-5 garlic cloves, minced
-1.5 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp pepper
For serving:
-cooked rice
-black and white sesame seeds
Directions:
Combine all sauce ingredients into your Instant Pot. Mix very well, then add the beef chunks. Give it a stir, cover and set the valve into the sealed position.
Press the MEAT button and set to cook for 40 minutes.
Do a natural release.
Serve immediately on top of rice and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
