Slow Cooker Spicy Chili

 This is the best chili! Seriously! It's packed with flavor, has the perfect amount of spiciness to it, it's hearty and simply delicious. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb lean ground beef
-1 lb bulk pork sausage
-6 bacon strips, chopped, cooked and drained on paper towels
-1 onion, finely chopped
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices, roughly chopped
-2 (15 oz each) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
-2 (15 oz each) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
-2 (10 oz each) cans diced tomatoes with green chiles, do NOT drain
-1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes with sweet onion and garlic, do NOT drain
-2 cups beef broth
-1/4 cup chili powder
-2 tsp ground cumin
-1 tsp dried basil
-3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
For topping:
-shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, etc
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the beef and sausage. Drain and transfer to your slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Give it a good stir, cover and cook on LOW for 4 1/2  hours.
Ladle into bowls and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
