Easy Cajun Shrimp and Sausage with Pasta

 This is quick, easy and super delicious! The flavors are wonderful together. YUM! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-2 Tbs butter
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 lb Cajun style Andouille sausage, sliced
-1 lb small shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails removed
-1/2 tsp Jamaican seasoning
-1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
-3 cups chicken broth
-1 lb fettuccine
-1 cup heavy cream
-1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
In a large pan or wok, melt the butter. Add the garlic, sausage, and shrimp. Give it a good stir and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the seasoning and oregano. Mix well then stir in the broth. Bring to a boil. Break the pasta in half and add to the boiling broth. Give it a good stir, lower the heat, and cover. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
Uncover and cook for another minute. Add the cream and cheese. Give it a good stir. 
Remove from stove, cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
